Cat Cafe Manager
Cat Cafe Manager is a cozy sim business management game that takes place in Caterwaul Way, a small town by the river, where your grandmothers cat cafe needs revitalizing! You can customize and name your player and jump right in. As you play you’ll meet the townsfolk who knew your grandma as well as the strays who gave this town it’s name! The story starts you off slowly but then you discover the secret of the towns past and future waiting for you in the grove (protected by a mysterious, yet fluffy, shadow….)
Collect all the cats and max your friendship with the townsfolk to gain unique rewards, but don’t forget the most important part by making your cafe uniquely you! There are multiple furniture options waiting to be unlocked, so get building and give those cats a home <3
I have to start my review off with saying I fully expected to play this game for maybe an hour or so? NOPE I ended up playing for 4 ON stream and then another 4 off stream. Cat Cafe Manager is cute and addictive is all the best ways. When it first launched there were a few bugs causing the game to crash at certain points once you beat the story and that was very disheartening to see I have to start over but I also didn’t even mind, that’s how good this little sim is.
The devs were also quick to address issues in their Discord and very responsive, so don’t worry about those bugs anymore! (switch fixes are slower to come but are always right behind steam) I truly had a great time collecting all the cats ( I love Zipper so much ) and building the cafe in whatever way I wanted. The UI for building started out a bit confusing at times but I believe that building bugs have been addressed and the UI made more simple.
Basically here’s how my playthrough went
Step 1: Acquire grandmas cafe. rebuild slowly
Step 2: Meet people of the town, they tell me cats need home
Step 3: FURIOUSLY start collecting kitties and giving them forever homes
Step 4: Met spooky cat in woods, gives me talent tree to unlock more things
Step 5: Cafe is rebuilt, cats are all safe, grove is safe, town is safe. GG
